Our processors are chosen because they offer 24/7/365 customer service. The Netcom price guarantee is that quoted prices are maintained for 1 year unless Visa and MasterCard increase our costs. All increases are passed through to our merchants at real cost, no added profit is included in these increases. |
Netcom supplied hardware have full factory warranties and are replaced at no charge as long as the original equipment is returned to Netcom within the warranty period. Out of warranty and retailer owned equipment has a $95 replacement charge. Netcom purchased August of 2008 by United eSystems operates as a wholly owned Division of United eSystems. The Netcom management has not changed and continues to operate as it always has, as a small family business with personal hands on customer service. This merging of sales and processing teams means that there is no longer duplication as Netcom remains the key to sales growth and United powers the processing of the Check Services that Netcom PaySystem takes to market.
